okok.. so my last post went missing.. wha.. anyway.. i was saying....now tat im unable to go back for np and that there is no longer np trainings, i no longer feel tat im an instructor there.. not bcoz of tat two reasons of coz.. but bcoz im not included in e unit.. n its not exactly e oc's fault.. bcoz i dunno anything about cc.. like e meetings and things like tat.. tho i have no experience in tis area and i do not expertise in tis field, its still a big comp coming up for our unit.. i suppose as instructor i deserve to know smth isn't it?? but e planning goes ahead with hazi and she does not update me or anything.. its like as tho i have stand down or wad.. sounds like im bossy.. but i mean.. i do have e right to know.. anyway.. i told her bout her squadmates' authority thingy.. she din reply to wad i say on msn.. and i suppose she is unhappy about it.. im quite sure she is.. although there is not much evidence.. haiz.. but its true tat e other volunteers cant have the same 'priviledge' and 'authority' as instructors.. i dun even know when are they having meetings and things like tat.. haiz..okok.. tats for now.. ciao~!!!p/s. kan emailed me to wish me happy belated birthday!!!
