after taking taxis more frequently nowadays
(not because im rich, but because its running errands for the co.)
and taxi drivers do say things that you may not have thought about..
(although sometimes u'll feel that its not very logical, but its something for u to think about tho)
like once
this taxi driver was telling us that they do not really like to pick up customers who are delivering mooncakes during the peak hours
(i.e. during the mooncake festival, of course)
that's because they will earn less.
the surcharge of one customer travelling long distance is not comparable to a few customers travelling shorter distance with the surcharge.
if you count, its really the case.
so one lesson learnt: do not take a taxi to deliver mooncakes during peak hours. taxi drivers will give you the 'black' face. haha!
today.. took cab twice
on the first cab, the driver was playing this radio story or what..
anyway it was a love story in cantonese..
and the driver said: bei ai shi zui xing fu de
haha i wonder if its true..
but still..
its a nice feeling i believe (:
on the second cab..
the driver was saying there is no such thing as cannot find a girlfriend / boyfriend..
its whether anot you want to..
and at 20+ of age..
if u're not attached..
he will think that u're either a gay / a les! LOL
so weird right..
but it is still..
abit true..
but not the finding boyfriend / girlfriend part..
haha
such interesting drivers i've met.
haha! =D
