bad bad.
joan and i met ppl with bad service today!
first it was the shuttle bus at tamp.
we both thought the shuttle bus is leaving since it is at the pick up point.
so we ran and realise the driver is inside but the door is not open.
so we stood outside thinking that we could board when the time is right.
after waiting for like quite awhile,
the bus driver talk to another person who cycled there and drove the bus away~!
the queue was very very long at that time.
and without any sign or what,
the driver just drove away.
the next incident was when the next shuttle bus came.
the driver rudely say that we must queue up when the both of us are obviously the first in queue!
and we queued where the first shuttle bus was positioned at!
then he claimed that the sign is further up and that we should queue there.
but the thing is everyone followed our line!
so of course people who queued from where we were till where the door is were unhappy because he accused us of not queueing up!
and this is so wrong!
he said that it will be unfair to the people behind,
but what about the people in front who have queued longer?!?!
and when a passenger board the bus and told him not to stop in the middle,
he replied that the shuttle bus sign is actually further back in a very Very VERY rude tone.
tsk tsk tsk.
horrible!
i think there is one more incident.
cant rem.
ah nvm..
