i was being pissed off today!
i think something should be done to the service provided by singpost!
i went twice to make payment for western union..
and twice i cannot get anything done!
the first time i went..
they say they cant help me do any conversion of the currency i wanna convert to..
and they say i have to get it converted from NTD to USD to SGD because taiwan only accepts USD..
nvm about tt..
at that time i forgot to bring my mum's western union card..
and e person serving me wanted to ask me to sign up for the card one lo..
but in e end because i couldnt get e exact figure..
i couldnt transfer..
e guy was like 'i cant do anything to help u..
u go find out den let me know'
that's e kinda face he gave..
so nth was done..
i went again today..
i brought e western union card..
i convert the currency..
and i queued for FORTY-FIVE MINUTES..
guess what..
e person serving me doubt the info given by me
(because e person im paying to has two names under the surname section. so she thinks that there must be something wrong)
and her attitude was like kinda arrogant..
like im a worker here i know everything..
(which should be true)
okay nvm bout e attitude..
i was still pretty calm..
until she says i cant use my mum's card..
and i cannot sign up for a card because im under 21!
and her attitude is like 'i cant help u.. too bad u din ask early.. not my fault that u have to come down twice and too bad that its a wasted trip for u'..
wtF!
sorry but im duper angry!
there is NO information about western union services on singpost website..
like whether they accept nets or cash only or wad..
and there is NO information on which branches have remittance services..
its like nothing!
when i was queuing at the paya lebar branch..
i had to leave my queue to confirm that they accept nets as well..
in the end?!
what rubbish!
a waste of my time and lousy attitude!
